Here at Flexy, we build creative solutions that will make users love your product even more. It was a couple of years ago when our team worked together to build mobile apps for the B2C market.

Throughout this experience it was very unexpected that one of the apps we were developing got the attention of a large US-based company and was eventually sold.

After the successful exit, we were ready to solve the design problem for all business owners and launched Flexy Global.

Our approach

Research & moodboard

For data-driven decisions we research your competitors and UX/UI design solutions. Next, we make usability tests using audits, user personas, flows, CJMs, etc.

Result: 2-3 moodboard options.

Wireframes & content

Wireframes act as interface skeletons and help us define your product structure; prototypes are the product’s sample versions. We always test-drive project ideas to evaluate their work in action. These steps help us get an early picture of the final product.

Result: Detailed wireframes and prototypes of the main screens.

Design

At this stage we develop 2-3 concepts and use them as our design direction. All validated ideas weld into practical designs that fulfill your users’ needs and business goals. Then, we involve our UX/UI, motion and graphic designers to turn the wildest ideas into human-centric, irresistible interfaces

Result: Ready UI of all main screens with their states and mobile adaptations.

Implement

Once the designs are refined and have your approval, we hand over the polished design components to the development team. Shortly, our team provides the developers with a finalized UI kit/documentation, design review and coding, along with an explanatory brief to ensure successful implementation.

Result: Complete UI kit with all design components, usage guides and documentation.

Improve

Our job doesn’t end with implementation. We always make final checkups, an audit iteration, and improvements to ensure high-end results that cover all missing points, should there be any. Follow-up changes for product enhancement are based on user behavior and client suggestions
